We updated the RSS 2.0 support recently. Now you should see a human readable output when clicking on the 
Blog (RSS 2.0) feed button. And for all those wondering what RSS is we also added a short introduction:
This is a formatted version of the RSS 2.0 feed of http://feedback-alpha.blogr.com/stories/rss20.xml, and is meant to be read by computer programs. RSS is used to aggregate content from several sources (Blogs, News Sites, Podcasts, Videocasts,..) for easier/faster reading, and allows one to watch a large number of sources for updates, without having to browse to all these sites manually. In order to get started with RSS you need to either sign up for one of the (usually cost-free) online services (e.g. Bloglines), or download a desktop program, and add this URL to the list of your subscriptions.
