This blog hasn't been updated for over 6 months now. Will we get any feedback regarding the bug fixes and any extra features you're implementing?

I really feel you need a better captcha system, as a good chunk of the blogs here on blogr seem to be spambots.

When will the project move into beta?

I'm hesitant to bring my blog over here if you are going to discontinue the project.

Just realisied that Permalinks from last year had changed - suddenly links to albums or fotos are different, why was this necessary? that's not PERMA anymore! I have to check all links to BLOGR as they don't work anymore.

One question: as I registered on all the different domains one year ago but left these spaces empty, how should I proceed? I want my content on .com visible also on .ch , .at , ecetra. ... - thnx a lot.

inserting you tube videos works fine - thank you! A big problem that wasnt fixed: adding pictures to an existing album is not really possible: message: TypeError: Cannot set property "albumPositionId" of undefined to "11" as an example. Please check / fix. cheers.

Krieg dauernd Errors momentan. Wenn ich ein Blog editieren will heißts oft "System Error", beim Posten kommen diverse Errors in gelben Boxen, das Amazon+CD Widget produziert auch dauernd Fehler wenn ich neue Sachen such, etc.

im Moment kämpfe ich mit den Videos, ich habe den upload von verschiedenen Formaten ausprobiert, .avi .mpeg, .mov files aber es klappt nicht mehr, keine preview bilder und keine Darstellung im Flash player.... please check, irgendwas läuft da mit der Konvertierung schief. Danke. Gruss FLOG

cool - thank u for the updates. two things on the video side: I uploaded a .mov file and for some reasen it shows up in quick time player window, not flash. And when I tried to upload a big movie file of 66MB (30 frames per second) I got errors al the time. Please check.

Everything is English as it is supposed to be, just the "Entwurf speichern" buttons are in German. Looks like a bug to me...

Yet I'm glad there's finally some progress here. We need some more widgets!

and for slow connections we recommend the e-mail upload.

The Flash based uploader has not been working to well for us on our slow South African internet connection, so please leave the classic mode aswell. This is a great service, thanks alot. cant wait for the podcasts to start ...

ah! i forgot one really annoying thing!
very often i try to explore some flicr-paces. so i use very often the "next space"-button. the thing is that allways get the same pages in the same order. at the moment i have to click about 50 times at the button to see something new. little bit boring and not very convenient for community-building...

hope you also think about a faq´s-section. i love the handling of blogr, but i think that some features like "upload via windows-client" or "create your own template" need an extra explaination.

ein neuer video player ist im anflug. dzt. haben wir als zwischenlösung einfach einen Open Source Player unverändert übernommen (FlowPlayer)

alben sind sammlungen von fotos (später mal auch videos) die in art und reihenfolge bestimmt werden können. man kann natürlich auch einfach tags nehmen, aber dort kann man dann z.b. die reihenfolge nicht bestimmen.

danke! zur reihenfolge und anordung gebe ich dir recht - wir denken über eine bennenung der menüpunkte analog zum frontend an (blog, photos, videos, etc...) - ist viel tüftel arbeit.

es kommen bald noch mehr vorlage templates. und wir planen usern auch die möglichkeit zu geben ihr eignes layout mittels CSS zu gestalten.

hi wm2006. Die Videos haben auf blogr.com leider alle das selbe große Format. Meine Videos sind deshalb leider auch verzerrt.

Grüß euch! Das Lob gabs ja schon in sierra's blog. Hier komm ich nun zu den Bugs, die mir so untergekommen sind:
1. Das Ronaldinho-Video hier wird offenbar zu groß angezeigt (so groß isses nicht), daher auch sehr pixelig. Sollte nicht so sein: http://wm2006.blogr.com/videos/1003095/
2. Ich habe versucht, 5 verschiedene jpg-Bilder als Space Icon für mein Blog hochzuladen, jedesmal kam "invalid format" als Antwort zurück. Kann ja nicht sein, dass keines der Fotos passt.
3. Der Unterschied zw. den Rubriken Albums und Photos is mir noch nicht ganz klar.
4. Ich warte noch auf eine deutschsprachige Version der Plattform :-)
5. Der Admin Center gefällt mir optisch mega gut! Das Menü ist aber für mich nicht ganz 100% logisch. Pkt 1 ist "Blog" (wo man über ein Submenü dann "create new posting" anwählen kann). Pkt 2 ist dann "Upload" und Pkt 4 "photo albums". Logisch wäre Pkt 2 "Photo" / oder "Photo albums" und als Submenü dann "create/upload new photo").
6. Das Space Design selbst war für mich zu Beginn ein bisschen verwirrend, aber ich hab mich schon dran gewöhnt.
Aber Vorsicht, das ist nur meine Meinung. Alles Gute weiterhin!!

Die smilies passen noch nicht ganz. Die Rahmen sind ein bissl störend, außerdem sind sie noch nicht ganz in einer Zeile mit dem Text.
Weiters ist mir aufgefallen, dass gewisse Bilder die ich wahllos von amazon heruntergeladen hab um sie hier wiederum hochzuladen, nicht funktionieren. Hat das einen bestimmten Grund?
